Appointment Cancellation

Please give 24 hours notice to change or cancel appointments. We have staff, equipment, and a room reserved just for you during your scheduled appointment. Any no-shows or cancellation failures without a 24-hour notice will result in the treatment cost being applied towards your appointment.

Late Arrival Policy

We kindly ask you to be punctual, preferably arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time, so we can prepare you for your treatment. If you are 15 minutes late we will not conduct the treatment and your appointment will be rescheduled.

Changes and amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Policy relating to the Website or Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Policy on the Website. When we do we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the Website after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
